Representatives of seven Omsk companies visited the Republic of Kazakhstan for business purposes.

In the period from September 3-7, 2018, the Omsk Region Export Support Center, operating on the basis of the regional Agency for Development and Investment, organized a business mission of representatives of the business circles of the region engaged in various industries to the cities of Astana and Karaganda. The Omsk Chamber of Commerce and Industry acted as the operator of the business mission.

The delegation of the Omsk region included seven small and medium-sized businesses: PC Rebar and Flange Plant LLC, PCF Micronica LLC, Promtex LLC, IPR-Pharm LLC, Edelweiss LLC, Dryada LLC and Promsmazki Trading House LLC.

"The last business mission for the representatives of the Omsk Region delegation proved to be productive in terms of positioning their own products and establishing business contacts with Kazakhstani businesses," said Evgeny Kovtun, General Director of the Omsk Region Development and Investment Agency.

The participants of the business mission engaged in the textile industry, Promtex LLC and Edelweiss LLC, aroused keen interest among businessmen of Kazakhstan. Representatives of the large Kazakh retail chain Magnum Cash & Carry are considering options for cooperation with Promtex LLC, a leading Omsk manufacturer of children's clothing under the Let's Go trademark. And the Edelweiss company discussed the organization of trial deliveries of fashionable knitwear under the KVINTO trademark to several retail clothing stores in Astana and Karaganda.
