Omsk Ministry of Economy updates the register of social enterprises
Documents for socially oriented businesses must be submitted by May 1.
"This is an annual procedure. Enterprises that are not included in the register will not be able to use state support measures. In particular, this year, 56 million rubles have been allocated from the federal budget to support social business, including in the form of grants, as part of the national project on small and medium-sized enterprises. To receive special state support measures, an annual confirmation of the status of a "social enterprise" is required, explains the first Deputy Minister of Economy of the region.Denis Kushner.
Recall that the federal law adopted in July 2019 establishes a list of areas and services that correspond to the social orientation of the business. Those who provide employment for socially vulnerable categories of citizens, sell goods (works, services) produced by citizens belonging to socially vulnerable categories, and carry out activities aimed at socially useful purposes can receive the status of a "social enterprise" and additional state support measures.
Information about the status of a "social enterprise" is reflected in the Unified Register of Small and Medium-sized Businesses maintained by the Federal Tax Service of Russia. The register may include entities that have submitted information on profits and revenue for 2020 to the tax inspectorate. As noted in the regional Ministry of Economy, within a month after the submission of applications, a decision is made to recognize small and medium-sized enterprises as social enterprises.
The documents can be submitted in paper form or sent in the form of electronic documents.
