Omsk Investment Team shares its experience with the delegation of Novosibirsk region
A business visit of the delegation of the Novosibirsk region to the Omsk region is taking place today. Colleagues from Novosibirsk will be presented with business support institutions, investment support measures implemented in the Omsk Region and investment project support mechanisms.
It should be noted that the exchange of experience took place within the framework of the educational program for investment teams of the subjects of the Russian Federation "Managerial skills – development of regional teams", which was launched by the RANEPA Graduate School of Public Administration in cooperation with the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia.
So, as part of the business program, Denis Kushner, First Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Omsk region, made a welcoming speech, spoke in detail about the measures of state support for investment activities implemented by the regional Ministry of Economic Development, and also shared successful practices in implementing investment projects.
Evgeny Kovtun, General Director of the Omsk Region Agency for Development and Investment, presented the organization's activities and spoke about cooperation with resource supply organizations, working with investors on the "one-stop shop" principle, integrating the investment card into the portal and restarting the Agency's activities in 2023.
Viktor Sobolev, Director of the Avangard special economic zone, also shared with the meeting participants about the ongoing work to attract residents to the territory of the SEZ. Denis Grebenyuk, Head of the Department of Defense Industry and Mechanical Engineering of the Department of Industry of the Ministry of Industry and Scientific and Technical Development of the Omsk Region, spoke about the creation of industrial classrooms, industrial parks and technology parks in the field of high technologies.
Next, the delegation went to the advanced industrial enterprises of the Omsk region: Omsk Rubber (part of the Titan Group of Companies) and the branch of the brewery in Omsk, AB InBev Efes.
