The Federal Program "You – businessman" - a priority project of the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs, implemented with 2009 supported by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.

With 2016 Omsk Region has been a partner of the federal program for over a year "You – businessman" in the direction "Support for youth entrepreneurship".

The purpose of the program "You – businessman" – to help young people of the Omsk region take their first steps in the field of entrepreneurship. For those who already have their own business – overcome the difficulties encountered on the way to business development.

Young people aged from will be able to receive business lessons. 18 before 30 citizens of the Russian Federation residing in the Omsk region. The scope of consultations is extensive: formation of a business idea, selection of types of activities, state registration of legal entities and sole proprietors, selection of the optimal taxation system for small businesses, the procedure for calculating and paying insurance premiums to off-budget funds, methods of reporting to various structures of the Russian Federation, legal regulation in small business, the structure and development of a business plan.

The consultations will be conducted by experienced specialists with practical work experience (economists, financiers and lawyers). At the end of the program participants "You — businessman" certificates will be issued.
