Omsk region is not only a powerful agricultural region, but also a real territory of modern food production.
Andrey Shpilenko, Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Omsk Region, Nikolay Drofa, Minister of Agriculture, Food and Processing Industry, Svetlana Bazhenova, Director General of the Omsk Region Development and Investment Agency, visited the Munros M plant, a branch of Wimm-Bill-Dann JSC (PepsiCo Group).
It is here that the country's favorite brands are created: "House in the village", "Miracle" and "Agusha".
The plant processes about 25% of all milk produced in the Omsk region, supporting local farmers and creating jobs.
The annual production volume is 76 thousand tons. The products are shipped throughout Russia and exported to Kazakhstan.
At the end of the meeting, Svetlana Bazhenova noted:
"Such work trips are an opportunity to see how modern enterprises operate and understand what is needed to further improve the investment climate. We see the real scale, potential and growth points. This is a direct dialogue between government and business, which helps to make the region even more attractive."
