This year, the head of the region, Alexander Burkov, decided to resume direct financial support to businesses in the form of subsidies and grants, which are provided exclusively from the regional budget.

"We have announced the previously proposed practice of introducing a system for issuing state certificates for a child's placement in a preschool institution, which would allow parents to choose - come to a private kindergarten with this certificate or to a public one. Other regions support the idea, and we are waiting for the decision of the federal authorities.", − clarifies the Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Economy of the region Denis Kushner.
