Omsk region invites investors: projects on cattle breeding and ecotourism are ready in Gorky district
Gorky Municipal District of the Omsk region offers potential investors three well-developed projects: growing marbled beef, fresh vegetables and berries, and building a Siberian glamping.
Work with investors is carried out systematically, its main goal is to strengthen the favorable investment climate in the region. This is one of the key tasks of the Governor of the Omsk Region, Vitaly Khotsenko, to create a comfortable environment for doing business and raising capital.
Gorky Land has a unique set of advantages for launching large investment projects. Vast areas of vacant agricultural land are optimally suited for the development of animal husbandry. The picturesque nature, proximity to the Irtysh River and the natural monument "Dravert Coast" create ideal conditions for a premium vacation. Logistics also meets the requirements of the investor - key regional highways pass through the district, connecting Omsk with the north of the region and neighboring regions.
The Omsk Region Development and Investment Agency, together with the district administration, has prepared three ready-made projects that cover key areas of the agro-industrial complex.:
Premium ecological tourism Gorsky Log is the creation of a recreation center on the banks of the Irtysh River in the picturesque Gorsky Log tract. The project involves the construction of glamping sites, camping for wild recreation enthusiasts, a Russian sauna, barbecue areas and sports grounds.
Marbled beef farm is the construction of a modern farm for raising beef cattle with a production capacity of up to 2000-2500 heads per year.
Year-round greenhouse complex - cultivation of tomatoes, cucumbers and microgreens using hydroponics. The complex will provide Omsk residents with fresh produce all year round, reducing dependence on imports. Project productivity: up to 40 tons of vegetables and 7 tons of microgreens annually.
