Representatives of the Omsk region discussed the opportunities for development and the experience of the region at the conference on the reform of control and supervisory activities.
Notably, in his annual address to the Federal Assembly, Russian President Vladimir Putin emphasized that the control and supervision system should adopt a risk-based approach.
"Within two years, it is necessary to transfer the entire control and supervision system to a risk-based approach. The legislative framework for this has been formed", − the head of state emphasized.
In the Omsk Region, the Ministry of Economy, in cooperation with regulatory authorities, is developing new approaches to regulating control and supervision activities.

Currently, work is underway to reduce the level of administrative pressure on business entities. Special attention at the Conference was paid to digitalization and informatization of state control and supervision.
