Omsk Region to join new business feedback system
The Unified Business Feedback Platform (hereinafter referred to as POS Business) is planned to be implemented by the end of 2025 in all regions of the Russian Federation. A unified system based on Gosuslug is necessary to increase the processing speed of requests from entrepreneurs and investors, as well as to control the quality of responses.
Today, in order to provide methodological support for the formation of a feedback mechanism on requests from subjects of investment and entrepreneurial activity through the federal state information system "Unified Portal of State and Municipal Services", training in the VKS format took place in the subjects of the Russian Federation. Specialists from the Omsk Region Development and Investment Agency took part in the seminar.
PIC Business is a feedback platform through which entrepreneurs and investors can report any difficulties in doing business, as well as receive advice or assistance from government authorities, municipalities, and municipal organizations.
"The development and implementation of this platform in the regions is one of the elements of the regional investment standard. PIC Business will increase the transparency of business interaction with the authorities, as well as reduce bureaucratic barriers. Complaints and questions will always be sent to the address, entrepreneurs and investors will receive answers and possible solutions to their issues from relevant ministries promptly," the Omsk Region Development and Investment Agency noted.
Earlier, Murat Kerefov, Deputy Minister of Economic Development of Russia, noted that in the regions where the PIC Business pilot project is already operating, the following issues were mainly addressed: obtaining tax benefits, selecting land plots, assigning financial support measures to small and medium-sized enterprises, implementing investment projects, as well as preferential treatment.
