Omsk region strengthens investment potential: working meeting with NAAIR and presentation of the Rassvet system

Yesterday, Andrey Shpilenko, Deputy Chairman of the Omsk Region Government, and the regional investment team met with Rafael Khusyainshin, Executive Director, Deputy Chairman of the Board of the National Association of Investment and Development Agencies (NAAIR).

It should be recalled that last year the Omsk Region Development and Investment Agency became a member of the NAAIR. Joining the association has opened up new opportunities for the exchange of experience and the introduction of best practices in attracting investments to the region.

The key topic of the meeting was the presentation of the Rassvet system. This tool is designed to identify promising investment niches in the region, form investment proposals and effectively promote projects among the target circle of Russian and international investors. We have received expert recommendations that will be taken into account in the further improvement of the system.

The second significant issue on the agenda of the working meeting was the organization of a major All-Russian NAAIR event, which is scheduled to be held at the Omsk Congress Hall this year. The event will bring together investment teams from different regions of Russia and will become a platform for the exchange of best practices in the field of attracting investments. The parties discussed the preliminary format and key organizational aspects of the future event.

Svetlana Bazhenova, General Director of the Omsk Region Development and Investment Agency, noted the region's readiness for large-scale events: "The Congress Hall is a modern and multifunctional venue, fully prepared to become a point of attraction for the Association's event and to welcome investment teams from all over Russia."
