In the Medialogy rating, the Omsk Region also entered the TOP 10 regions according to the "May decrees" in the housing and communal services sector.
Medialogia has prepared a media rating for the regions of the Russian Federation on the implementation and implementation in 2016 of the package of "May" decrees signed by President Vladimir Putin. Omsk Region is one of the country's leaders in improving the public administration system. In terms of the media index, the region is ahead only of the Sverdlovsk Region.
Experts note that the Omsk region has completed the creation of a network of multifunctional centers for the provision of state and municipal services. Now more than 90% of the region's residents can receive state and municipal services on a one-stop-shop basis. The media quoted Governor Viktor Nazarov, who believes that the creation of the MFC is an important and sought–after social project that was implemented in the Omsk region as part of the implementation of the "May decrees" of the President of the Russian Federation.
In addition, the Omsk Region entered the TOP 10 regions for the implementation of Vladimir Putin's "May decrees" in housing and communal services in 2016. Omsk took the 8th place in the rating and this is the best result among the regions of the Siberian Federal District. The Omsk region is coping with the tasks of the program for the resettlement of citizens from emergency housing. Gasification of settlements is actively underway in the region, and the volume of construction and repair of roads is increasing.
Experts took into account the mention of the regions of the Russian Federation in the media in the context of the "May decrees" of Russian President Vladimir Putin. The rating is based on the media database of the Medialogia system, which includes about 37.5 thousand sources: TV, radio, newspapers, magazines, news agencies, online media.
