Omsk construction company has started the implementation of the national project

The company's management has signed an agreement with the Ministry of Economy of the Omsk Region and the Regional Center for Competence in the Field of Labor Productivity (RCC). The PES enterprise has started the active phase of the implementation of the national project "Labor Productivity".

It should be noted that PES is one of the leaders of the construction industry in the Omsk region. The company specializes in the design of industrial facilities of any complexity, the construction of petrochemical facilities, the construction of wind power plants, and electrical installation of industrial facilities.

Today, a kick-off meeting was held at the PES site, attended by representatives of the Ministry of Economy of the region, experts from the RCC, the management team and the company's working group. At the launch meeting, the goals of the national project and ways to achieve them using lean manufacturing tools were outlined.

"The enterprises that join the national project are doing well, because not all managers and not all teams of enterprises are ready for changes in their organization. RCC experts provide support free of charge, and you and the company's employees can take advantage of all the bonuses that the national project includes: "Factory of Production Processes" and "Factory of Office Processes." These training platforms help to bring the team together and identify leaders among the company's specialists," said Denis Kushner, First Deputy Minister of Economy of the Omsk Region.

The participants of the national project plan to increase productivity by optimizing internal office processes. The pilot flow in the company will be "Optimization of the procurement process".

"The first stage of the national project implementation has now begun: the working group continues to train lean manufacturing tools, together we will diagnose the pilot flow, identify key points and growth points, identify bottlenecks, and coordinate a list of activities, goals, and objectives. We will have to develop and implement the main measures in 6 months. The next 2.5 years of the national project's implementation involve replicating approaches to increase labor productivity in an independent format," said Vitaly Komissarov, head of the RCC project.

Maxim Fadeev, Deputy Director of PES, noted that the company is ready for changes: to increase labor productivity and revenue, reduce costs, maximize the use of internal resources, and train as many employees as possible at the Process Factory.

It should be recalled that in addition to targeted support, which consists in the work of experts from the Regional Competence Center, systematic support measures are provided for the participants of the national project. Thus, the Omsk Region Industry Development Fund is ready to provide companies participating in the national project with preferential financing in the amount of 10 to 50 million rubles. The interest rate on such a loan will be 1% per annum, and the term will not exceed 5 years.

Enterprises registered in the Omsk Region and operating in the manufacturing, agriculture, transport, construction and trade sectors can become participants in the national project initiated by Russian President Vladimir Putin. At the moment, 70 companies in the region have joined the national project.
