Omsk companies studied customs clearance of export operations
Today Omsk entrepreneurs have been trained in customs clearance of export operations as part of a free state educational program for regional exporters.
The Omsk Region Export Support Center, operating on the basis of the regional Agency for Development and Investment, conducted a training course on "Customs clearance of export operations". The training was conducted as part of the implementation of the educational program of the REC Export School on a budgetary basis by a professional certified trainer –By Anna Kolokolova.
18 companies from various fields of activity who are interested in promoting their products abroad have been trained.
Omsk companies learned about the specifics of customs clearance and operations necessary for the passage of goods across the border, about key customs operations and documents for their processing, the terms of a foreign trade contract, the principles of working with customs documents and the obligations of participants in foreign economic activity during control.
"When moving goods across the border, according to the legislation, the exporter is obliged to arrange the cargo for customs clearance. Often, it is at this stage of export business that many nuances and subtleties arise. In this course, Omsk business learned about the specifics of customs clearance and operations necessary for the passage of goods across the border," said the coach of the Educational Program School of Export REC in the Omsk regionAnna Kolokolova.
After training, each entrepreneur received a certificate from the student of the course "Customs clearance of export operations" of the Educational Program of the Export School of the REC.
It should be recalled that since 2017, the program has been implemented at the site of the regional operator of the Omsk Region Export Support Center, operating on the basis of JSC Omsk Region Development and Investment Agency. Since the beginning of the year, 114 entrepreneurs of the Omsk region have been trained in the Educational Program of the Export School of the REC.
