Omsk enterprises are exploring an efficient office
Experts from the Regional Competence Center of the Omsk Region (RCC) conducted a training "Office Process Factory" for employees of the Tavrichesky Road Repair and Construction Department. The training takes place free of charge as part of the implementation of the national project "Labor Productivity" initiated by President Vladimir Putin.
Let us remind you that the Office Process Factory is a practical training platform where participants gain experience in using lean manufacturing tools in the office during a real business process, as well as understand how improvements affect the operational and economic performance of the organization as a whole.
The Office Process Factory was the answer to a request from Omsk enterprises that face document management problems after all production processes have been built. The office factory is as close as possible to real conditions, which helps to find process losses, eliminate and prevent them in the future, as well as optimize the movement and timing of document approval, reduce the number of document returns for revision and reduce office space.
"For three working rounds, each of which is equal to 30 game days, the Tavrichesky DRSU team has turned into a shoe manufacturing company. In order not to disrupt the supply of products, the "manufacturers" had to set up the process of signing contracts, distributing powers and optimizing the passage of documents. As a result, the team completed the main game task - it signed five supply contracts in the allotted time," the Omsk Region RCC noted.
After studying at the Factory, the participants of the national project shared that such trainings help them develop communication skills, teamwork skills and transfer theoretical knowledge more effectively into practical actions. And the positive attitude and empathy of the RCC coaches helped the team in each of the practical blocks, where, without giving explicit hints and ready-made answers, they guided the team in the right direction.
