Omsk agricultural machinery manufacturers have been trained at the "Process Factory"

This week, the training "Factory of production processes" was successfully completed by the team of the Omsk enterprise SibzavodAgro.

In the format of a game, agricultural machinery manufacturers assembled and put into operation gas gearboxes. During the assembly process, they identified losses that prevented them from doing it quickly and efficiently – unnecessary tools, parts, and distances. The operators of the national project "Labor Productivity" in the Omsk Region, the Regional Competence Center, were trained to correctly and effectively use lean manufacturing tools.

The "Factory of production Processes" is conducted in accordance with the standards of the Federal Center for Competence in the field of Labor Productivity and includes both the theory of lean manufacturing (mini lectures on safety standards, 7 types of losses, the flow of single products, standardized work) and the practical part.

"Our impressions of participating in the Factory are positive. We have a friendly and well-coordinated team. One day at the training was so vivid and emotional that we are already reviewing some aspects of our work. The RCC trainers have taught us useful things that we will use to improve production processes," the participants of the training shared their opinion.

Recall that the Omsk Region joined the national Labor Productivity project, initiated at the federal level by Russian President Vladimir Putin, in 2020. To date, 71 enterprises of the region participate in it.
