The event was held in Yakutsk on October 24-26. Omsk residents participated in it as part of an agreement between the Government of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) and the Government of the Omsk region on scientific and technical cooperation in the field of high-tech engineering with a collective stand and a business program. The delegation was headed by Igor Lukyanov, Deputy Minister of Industry of the region.
In 2014, a delegation from the Ministry of Industry of the Omsk Region and NP Siberian Engineering took part in a similar exhibition "The Bowels of Yakutia-2014" with a business program, in meetings with executive authorities and enterprises of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). As a result of the negotiations, the aforementioned Agreement was subsequently signed.
At the Sakhapromexpo-2017 exhibition, specialized products of the SibDAT Consortium were presented at the collective stand of the Omsk region. The possibilities of a number of Omsk machine-building organizations are also shown, including: Omsk Electromechanical Plant JSC (manufacturer of high-resource metal structures and power transmission poles), Industrial Fittings Plant LLC (manufacturer of products for pipelines), Omsk State Technical University, NTC Cryogenic Machinery LLC (manufacturer of equipment for the production and distribution of liquefied and compressed gas, CJSC Electrotochpribor SOFTWARE (manufacturer of industrial LED lighting equipment), JSC ONIIP (manufacturer of communications equipment), LLC TPF Mechanotron (manufacturer of bench and technological equipment).
As part of the intensive business program of the Omsk Region delegation in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), negotiations were held with the heads of relevant republican executive authorities: the Ministry of Industry and Geology, the Ministry of Transport and Road Management, the Ministry of Housing and Communal Services and Energy of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), as well as their subordinate institutions and companies of the fuel and energy complex and the transport complex.
A meeting was held with the Institute of Oil and Gas Problems of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences on cooperation in the production of frost-resistant equipment for Yakutia and the Far North regions. Representatives of the Elektrotochpribor plant worked on a separate extensive program, which eventually provided a number of efficient energy-saving lighting devices for trial operation to enterprises of the fuel and energy complex and the transport complex.
As Igor Lukyanov, Deputy Regional Minister of Industry, Transport and Innovative Technologies, noted, "The Omsk Region has a serious production base that allows us to offer customers the necessary solutions for the modernization and construction of infrastructure facilities in Yakutia and the Far North regions. Cooperation in this area has been going on for several years, and as a result of the visit, we expect an increase in interest in developments and products from Omsk."
