Omsk artisans demonstrated their skills at the regional Expocenter

A fair of Omsk craftsmen was held at the regional Expocenter as part of the Great Siberian Congress. «Darian Darin».

«Darian Darin» - an exhibition that brings together the best craftsmen engaged in various fields of folk crafts.

The participation of Omsk craftsmen in an important event for the business community was organized with the support of the regional Agency for Development and Investment.

As a reminder, the Agency sees one of the areas of its work as  promotion and presentation of handicrafts, which are an integral part of the economy of our region.

«The works of Omsk masters – These are unique items that may be of interest to guests and residents of our city as souvenirs and household items. We intend to develop the region's potential in this direction.», – emphasizes the General Director of the Agency Vadim Savitsky.

It should be noted that this is not the first experience of interaction between the Agency and the creative workshop. «Darian Darin». Last year, as part of the Conference on Foreign Economic Activity, the masters presented their works to foreign and nonresident guests.

According to the head of the creative workshop, Elena Kostitskaya, the products of Omsk craftsmen aroused great interest among the guests of the forum. For example, a delegation from China became interested in birch bark products, and handmade amulet dolls, natural stone products, and other unique works attracted attention.

Within the framework of the Great Siberian Congress of the Creative Workshop «Darian Darin» exclusive decorations made of birch bark and natural stones, interior and souvenir toys, amulet dolls, magnets, as well as handmade souvenirs are presented.
