Omsk confectioners are invited to take part in the regional stage of the All-Russian Professional Skills Competition
22 august 2018 years in 10-00 hours on the basis of a budget-funded professional educational institution in the Omsk region "Omsk Regional Multidisciplinary College" The regional stage of the All-Russian Professional Skills Competition will be held "The best by profession" by nomination "The best pastry chef".
The competition is a face-to-face competition involving the performance of competitive tasks at all stages of the competition, including testing the theoretical knowledge of the participants and their practical tasks.
The theoretical part of the competition is conducted in the form of testing on issues in the field of technology for the preparation of flour confectionery products, the organization of the confectionery shop, and technological equipment for public catering enterprises.
As part of the practical part of the competition, the participants will present themed cakes and pastries to the jury.
Pastry chefs who are citizens of the Russian Federation and at least 18 years old can take part in the competition. 21 years of professional experience of at least three years, nominated by individual entrepreneurs, organizations, and branches of organizations registered in the Omsk Region (in agreement with the legal entities that created them), regardless of the organizational and legal form and form of ownership.
Before 16-00 hours 10 august 2018 the year must be sent to the Ministry of Economy of the Omsk Region (at: Omsk, Krasny put St., 5, 5 floor, office. 57, bodys. 79-09-27) or the Ministry of Labor and Social Development of the Omsk Region (at: Omsk, Yakovleva St., 6, office. 201, bodys. 23-65-14) applications for participation in the regional stage of the competition and the documents attached to them according to appendices No. 1 - 3 к Conditions and procedure for participation in the regional stage of the competitionbut.
The first are allowed to participate in the regional stage of the competition. 8 nominees corresponding to Regulations on the regional stage of the competition, according to the chronological order of registration of applications.
The winner of the regional stage of the competition will take part in the federal stage of the competition, which will be held 30 October's 2018 in the city of Tambov on the basis of the Tambov Regional State budgetary professional Educational Institution "College of Trade, Catering and Service, Tambov".
