Omsk entrepreneurs are invited to a seminar on the implementation of the electronic Mercury system

On June 21, at 3 p.m., the Ministry of Economy of the Omsk Region will host a seminar for entrepreneurs and managers of trade and catering enterprises on the use of the Mercury electronic system. The seminar is held with the participation of specialists from the regional Rosselkhoznadzor Department and the Main Veterinary Department of the region.

Starting from July 1 of this year, veterinary accompanying documents for all products of animal origin will be issued only in electronic form. The list of controlled goods subject to veterinary accompanying documents during their turnover (including production, movement and sale) was approved by Order No. 648 of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation dated December 18, 2015.

According to the General Directorate of Veterinary Medicine of the Omsk Region, as of June 18, 2018, 32% of business entities in the wholesale and retail trade and 92% of representatives of the catering sector were registered in the Mercury system.

According to the Rosselkhoznadzor, no fines will be levied until January 1, 2019, but work is planned to force registration in the system.

During the seminar, entrepreneurs will be able to ask specialists their questions related to the implementation of the Mercury system.

The seminar will be held in the building of the Ministry of Economy of the Omsk region at the address: Krasny Put St., 5, 13th floor, office 132.
