Omsk business is invited to participate in the competition for the best mentoring practices
The acceptance of applications was announced today by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Omsk region.
"The competition is being held in the region for the fourth time to identify and disseminate best practices in mentoring to increase productivity, reward and recognize mentors who have made a significant contribution to the development of mentoring and the dissemination of effective practices," the Ministry of Economic Development of the region explained.
Enterprises participating in the national Labor Productivity project can present the best mentoring practices in three categories. These are "Breakthrough technologies for increasing labor productivity", "Professional development of youth" and "Digital innovations in the enterprise".
Organizations that do not participate in the national project can participate in the Competition in the following categories: "Best practices in Mentoring to improve labor productivity" and "Mentoring in the Hospitality industry."
To become a participant in the Competition, you must submit an application to the Ministry of Economic Development by May 24, 2024 in electronic form to the following email address: economy@omskportal.ru or on paper at the address: Omsk, Krasny Put St., 5, office 58.

The results of the Competition will be announced in June 2024. The winners of the Competition will be awarded with diplomas from the Governor of the Omsk Region, and the winners in each of the nominations will receive invitations to participate in the federal stage of the All-Russian Mentoring Best Practices Competition - 2024.
