Omsk Microfinance Fund announces a competition for the selection of credit institutions
NOTIFICATION
ON HOLDING A COMPETITION FOR THE SELECTION OF CREDIT INSTITUTIONS FOR THE PLACEMENT OF FUNDS IN DEPOSITS
1. The organizer of the contest: Micro-credit company Omsk Regional Foundation microfinance of small and medium-sized enterprises (hereinafter referred to as – The Fund) provides for placing the funds of the Fund into deposits by holding an open tender among credit institutions.
2. The legal and postal address of the contest organizer: 644074, Omsk, ul. 70 years of October, 25, body 2, office 2-2.
3. The person responsible for the competition: Fund Manager – Igor Leonidovich Klyuev, tel. (3812) 30-82-81.
4. Placement and provision of tender documentation: the tender documentation is available on the website – arvd.ru, It is provided at the Foundation's location, on the basis of a written request, without charge.

6. The form of the competition application, submitted by the participants of the competition, is given in the tender documentation.
7. Name, characteristics of the subject of the competition: the right to conclude a contract to place the Fund's funds in deposits with credit institutions for a period of 6 months with the possibility of unconditional withdrawal of part of the deposited funds without loss of profitability, with a monthly interest transfer, namely: lot 1 – 10 000 000 (ten millions) rubles, lot 2 – 5 000 000 (five million) rubles.
8. The place of submission of bids: 644074, Omsk, ul.70 years of October, 25, body 2 office 2-2.
9. The beginning of the deadline and time for submitting bids: «23» august 2017 year, since 09 hour. 00 min. to 16 hour. 30 mines., on working days.
10. Deadline for submission of bids: 12 hour.00 mines. «07» september 2017 years.
11. The possibility of the organizer's refusal to hold the contest: no later than seven days before the date of consideration and evaluation of bids.

13. Criteria for determining the winners of the competition: the contest participants who offered the highest interest rate on the deposit will be recognized as the winners, but not below 6 (six) % per annum.
Additional requirements for the selection of credit institutions in accordance with paragraph 3.3. Provisions on the procedure for selecting credit institutions to place the Fund's funds in deposits:
- the credit institution has a documented international rating of long-term creditworthiness according to the classification rating agencies: "Fitch Ratings" (FitchRatings) or "Standard and Resources" (Standart&Poor's) not lower than "BB-" и "MudisInvestors Service" (Moody'sInvestorsService) not lower than "Va3".
- absence of facts of early withdrawal from the credit institution of funds of the Fund placed as deposits.
14. Registration of the contest results: by drawing up the competition protocol.
15. The term of the contract with the persons who won the competition: during 20 calendar days from the date of the contest.
