The Omsk Region Export Support Center, operating on the basis of the regional Development and Investment Agency, organized the participation of 24 Omsk companies in a business mission to Manchuria.
The delegation includes small and medium–sized enterprises engaged in the production of food products - confectionery, condensed milk, snack products, meat products, as well as flour, cereals and vegetable oils. In addition to food products, the participants of the business mission present logistical and innovative developments, video surveillance systems, furniture made from valuable wood samples, rubber and glass products.
During the exchange of contacts between the Omsk Sladonezh enterprise and the Chinese international company of Sichuan province, agreements were reached on the supply of confectionery products to China, the parties discussed the terms of delivery. Upon his return, the Omsk enterprise will prepare an export contract. The wholesale company of Guangzhou province, interested in cooperation with the Sladonezh enterprise, plans to visit the Omsk company's production facilities in August-September.
It should be recalled that during the visit of the Omsk delegation to China, Governor Viktor Nazarov opened a permanent site for goods from Omsk Region enterprises with an area of more than 340 square meters in the duty-free trade zone of Manchuria. The Chinese authorities have provided a separate hall and storage facilities for the Omsk Region Trading House in the Manchurian border area.
The first contracts for the supply of products from the Omsk company Sibsnek, represented in a Trading house in Manchuria, were concluded during a business mission. Omsk enterprises highly assesses the prospects for the sale of products in the Trading House.
In addition, as a result of negotiations, an agreement was reached on the opening of a 70 square meter Omsk knitwear sales area. Delivery of 1.5 thousand finished products is planned at the end of July. In the future, the parties are considering opening a new retail space in the duty-free zone.
