The Regional Cabinet of Ministers has approved the Procedure for providing additional subsidies from the regional budget intended to reimburse part of the costs of building engineering infrastructure in the implementation of investment projects in the agro-industrial sector of the Omsk region. Due to regional subsidies, it will be possible to compensate up to 90% of the costs of building engineering facilities necessary for the operation of new agricultural production complexes.
Subsidies are planned to be provided for the construction of highways, engineering structures, electric grid facilities, gas distribution networks, buildings, structures and other facilities for the development of investment sites. Priority is given to projects that have passed state expertise related to the production, processing, and storage of agricultural products, with an estimated cost of at least 500 million rubles. And for meat processing plants, slaughterhouses, and dairy livestock complexes - at least 150 million rubles.
The Ministry of Industry explained that in accordance with the federal program, when implementing projects in the fields of animal husbandry, crop production, and agricultural processing, investors can receive financial support to compensate up to 30% of the costs. And regional subsidies for the construction of engineering infrastructure will be an additional bonus for entrepreneurs investing their own funds in the development of the agro-industrial complex of the region.
