The winners of the regional competition "The best exporter of the Omsk region" have been determined based on the results of 2015
The competition committee determined the winners and laureates in 4 nominations.
In the regional Expocenter, the competition commission for determining the best exporters of the region has completed its work.
This year, the fifth annual competition for the title of "Best Exporter" was held by the regional Agency for Development and Investment with the support of the Ministry of Economy of the Omsk Region.
"This year, 14 companies that export products to the countries of the Customs Union and the CIS, as well as countries of the far and near abroad, became participants in the competition," says Vadim Savitsky, General Director of the Agency for Development and Investment.
To evaluate the contestants, the organizers have developed a special methodology that includes a set of several criteria, including the total volume of exports, the geography of exports, the number of export shipments, participation in international exhibition events and the availability of certificates of product quality of international standards.
Applications for participation were accepted from September 1 to November 7, 2016.
Winners and laureates in 4 nominations have been determined.
In the nomination "Export of food and (or) agricultural products", the company "Siberian Trading House" was recognized as the winner. The title of the laureate and the 2nd place in this nomination is occupied by the Rus-Agro company. Sibsnack was recognized as the winner of the third place in this nomination.
Vneshtorgresurs company won in the nomination "Export of chemical and (or) mineral products". The title of the laureate and the second place in this nomination was taken by the company "TD Promsmazki". The CentrOil Trading House was recognized as the winner of the third place in this nomination.
Sergey Marichev, an individual entrepreneur, was recognized as the winner in the "Export of industrial products" nomination for the fifth time. The title of the laureate and the 2nd place in this nomination is taken by the Magic Crystal company, and the third – by TC Electrical Engineering and Automation
Viktor Syromyatnikov, an individual entrepreneur, became the winner in the "Export of diversified products" nomination. The 2nd place in this nomination is occupied by the Ribbis company, and the third by the Big House of Wood.
The winners and laureates of the competition in each nomination will receive not only the right to use the title "Best Exporter of the Omsk region in 2015", but also cash prizes, as well as diplomas and commemorative awards.
Awarding of the winners and laureates of the regional competition will take place within the framework of the December Conference on Foreign Economic Activity.
