Business survey: assessment of administrative barriers in the implementation of industrial construction projects
The Center for Strategic Research, together with the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, with the participation of the business community, is working on the implementation of the initiative "Reengineering the rules of industrial construction."
The aim of the initiative is to reduce the time and cost of building industrial facilities by removing administrative barriers and reducing the investor's "client path".
As part of the initiative's implementation and identification of the most problematic areas and priority areas for legislative amendments, we suggest taking a survey.
