Survey on necessary and mandatory payments

As part of the work to create common principles for setting and collecting non-tax payments, the Russian Ministry of Economic Development is conducting a survey among representatives of the business community on regional and municipal payments for the provision of public services, including those that are necessary and mandatory.

The initial analysis showed that some of the payments included in such lists at the level of the subjects of the Russian Federation do not entail follow-up actions and do not provide services.
