Organizer of the fair «AgroOmsk-2018» announces the bidding process in the form of an open auction
The Omsk Region Development and Investment Agency invites entrepreneurs to participate in the competitive selection of contractors for the conclusion of contracts for the placement of public catering facilities at the annual Siberian Agrotechnical Fair «AgroOmsk-2018».
The competitive selection will take place 25 June's 2018 years in 10.00 hours in the regional Congress Hall.
Organizer of the competitive selection - Omsk Region Development and Investment Agency.
The participants of the competitive selection may be individuals and legal entities engaged in activities in the field of catering.
Competitive selection is conducted in the form of «alive» The auction is conducted by submitting bids by bidders to increase the initial cost declared by the organizer for the placement of a catering facility. According to the results of the competitive selection, contracts for the placement of catering facilities will be concluded with the participants who offered the highest price.
To participate in the competitive selection, the participant must register, which will take place with 09.00 before 10.00 hours 25 June's 2018 in the regional Congress Hall.
To register and subsequently participate in the auction, participants must have with them the following documents:: identification document, SNILS certificate and INN (for individuals), copies of the certificate of INN, ORGN, entrepreneur's card containing bank details (for individual entrepreneurs), a copy of the Charter, TIN certificate, OGRN, organization card containing bank details (for legal entities), as well as a document confirming the authority of the person to act on behalf of the participant in the competitive selection.
It should be noted that this competitive selection is a procedure regulated by the internal documents of the organizer and does not fall under the regulation of the legislation on tenders and auctions.
