The organizer of the AgroOmsk-2018 exhibition and fair announces the holding of auctions in the form of an open auction
The Omsk Region Development and Investment Agency invites entrepreneurs to participate in the competitive selection of contractors for the conclusion of contracts for the placement of catering facilities at the annual Siberian Agrotechnical Exhibition-Fair AgroOmsk-2018.
The competitive selection will take place on June 25, 2018 at 10.00 a.m. in the regional Congress Hall.
The organizer of the competitive selection is the Omsk Region Development and Investment Agency.
The participants of the competitive selection may be individuals and legal entities engaged in activities in the field of catering.
Competitive selection is conducted in the form of a "live" auction by submitting bids by applicants to increase the initial cost declared by the organizer for the placement of a catering facility. According to the results of the competitive selection, contracts for the placement of catering facilities will be concluded with the participants who offered the highest price.
To participate in the competitive selection, the participant must register, which will take place from 09.00 to 10.00 on June 25, 2018 in the regional Congress Hall.
To register and subsequently participate in the auction, participants must have with them such documents as: an identity document, a certificate of SNILS and INN (for individuals), copies of the certificate of INN, ORGN, an entrepreneur's card containing bank details (for individual entrepreneurs), a copy of the Charter, a certificate of INN, OGRN, a card an organization containing bank details (for legal entities), as well as a document confirming the authority of the person to act on behalf of the participant in the competitive selection.
It should be noted that this competitive selection is a procedure regulated by the internal documents of the organizer and does not fall under the regulation of the legislation on tenders and auctions.
