The organizers announce the acceptance of applications for participation in the agrotechnical exhibition-fair AgroOmsk - 2017
Today, on May 22, the Omsk Region Development and Investment Agency announces the acceptance of applications for participation in the AgroOmsk - 2017 exhibition and fair.
From July 17 to 23, the 15th traditional Siberian Agrotechnical Exhibition and Fair AgroOmsk - 2017 will be held in the exhibition park on Korolev Avenue.
The organizers of the fair are the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Omsk region in cooperation with the Agency for Development and Investment of the region.
This year, AgroOmsk will be held in the same format as last year. On July 17-18, specialists will be able to visit the exhibition, and on July 19-23, the fair will open for all categories of visitors.
The Agro-Omsk exhibition has become a traditional platform for demonstrating and introducing the latest achievements in the field of the agro-industrial complex, as well as saturating the consumer market of the region with high-quality competitive products.
"2017 has been declared the Year of Animal Husbandry in the Omsk Region by Governor Viktor Ivanovich Nazarov, so special attention will be paid to the development of animal husbandry at AgroOmsk," the Omsk Region Development and Investment Agency notes.
Last year, more than 360 agricultural enterprises and organizations from 26 regions of Russia, as well as from Belarus, Kazakhstan and China, took part in the exhibition. In total, agro–industrial complex companies presented more than 150 pieces of equipment at AgroOmsk - 2016. In those days, when the exhibition was closed to the general public, 4,000 specialists visited it. In total, AgroOmsk‐2016 counted 160 thousand visitors.
