Applications for the IV National All-Russian Award "Business Prestige: Creative Woman - 2026" are open

Applications for participation in the IV National All‑Russian Award "Business Prestige: a Creative Woman" will be accepted on January 15, 2026. The federal project, which unites all 89 regions of the country, is being implemented as part of the National Strategy of Action for Women. Its goal is expert and public recognition of the merits of women whose professional and managerial activities make a significant contribution to the economic and social development of Russia.

Oleg Evgenievich Golov, Senator of the Russian Federation, member of the Committee on Federal Structure, Regional Policy, Local Self-government and Northern Affairs, member of the Expert Jury of the Award, noted: "The Award promotes the implementation of the National Strategy of Action for Women approved in Russia for 2023-2030, adopted by the Russian Government and supported by the Federation Council. The Award's participants are not only leaders in their industries, but also inspiring examples for aspiring entrepreneurs. They successfully manage teams, take care of employees and pay special attention to the social responsibility of the business. We traditionally support the Business Prestige Award by participating in an expert assessment. The project has proven to be a reliable platform for identifying and promoting the best business practices, especially in the field of women's entrepreneurship. The award not only recognizes achievements, but also stimulates business development, forming a positive image of successful women and inspiring a new generation. We see this as a significant contribution to the socio-economic development of the country and will continue to provide comprehensive support to the Business Prestige project."

The participants of the award are women who are owners and managers of companies. Participation in the award is free of charge. The award's mission is to form a sustainable concept of a "driving force for change", support and promote high-tech initiatives, Russian production, educational programs and creative industries at the national level, and strengthen international partnerships. The award annually receives support from federal and regional authorities, business associations, and government corporations.

The importance of the project was noted by the State Duma Committee on Small and Medium–Sized Enterprises. "Awards such as Business Prestige are an important element of the entire business development system in Russia. This is not only a recognition tool, but also an opportunity to create a community, a network of mutual support," said Alexander V. Demin, Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises.

The winners will be selected in 14 categories covering key business areas: from industry, construction and healthcare to social entrepreneurship. Prizes in special categories will also be awarded. The main award will be the GRAND PRIX "Best Female Entrepreneur - 2026", awarded for contribution to the development of the company and the socio-economic development of the region and the country. Among the innovations of the fourth season is a separate block of nominations under the general name "Creative Industry". The creation of a special block of creative industry nominations in the Business Prestige Award shows the growing importance of creativity and an innovative approach in modern Russian business. Experts will evaluate the submitted projects based on the criteria laid down by Federal Law No. 52-FZ "On the Development of Creative Industries in the Russian Federation." The new stage of the award will be an excellent opportunity to showcase the successes and achievements of our compatriots in creative areas and to push the development of this important area of the Russian economy.

The projects are evaluated by an authoritative jury, which includes recognized experts in the field of economics, business and science. When selecting the winners, the key criteria are innovation, social significance, economic efficiency and prospects for the development of the project, as well as the effectiveness of the nominees' social activities.

As Sergey Oganovich Kalendzhyan, Deputy Director of the Institute of Management of the Presidential Academy of the RANEPA, Professor, Honored Economist of the Russian Federation, noted: "The National All-Russian Business Prestige Award is a striking event in the field of support and popularization of women's business throughout our great country. In the spring of 2026, a forum and an award ceremony will be held in the capital, organized at the headquarters of Sberbank. On the eve of the award ceremony, a special business forum program will be organized for the participants of the award, which will be held at the main headquarters of Sberbank. The program includes educational sessions, practical workshops, and specialized round tables aimed at sharing experiences, professional growth, and expanding business ties.
