An agreement has been signed with the shareholder, CEO of the federal developer GloraX
We signed an agreement with Alexander Nikolaevich Andrianov, a shareholder and CEO of the federal developer GloraX, and launched the comprehensive development of the territory on the left bank of the Irtysh River. A new residential neighborhood will appear in the area of Konev Street and 3rd Ostrovsky Lane, on the banks of the Irtysh and Zamaraika rivers.
The planned volume of investments in the project is about 100 billion rubles. It is planned to build at least 340 thousand square meters on an area of about 48 hectares. m of modern housing, as well as all necessary social and engineering infrastructure.
The project will be implemented using investor support tools: an agreement on the integrated development of the territory and the provision of land for a large-scale investment project.
It is important that the new housing project will ensure an increase in tax revenues to the budget and create new jobs, both during the construction phase and after its completion. For Omsk, this is primarily hundreds of thousands of square meters of new housing and a fully-fledged well-maintained neighborhood with social and engineering infrastructure, and everything necessary for a comfortable life within walking distance.
