Representatives of the Omsk Region's light industry are invited to II All-Russian Forum of Clothing Manufacturers — 2026 in the city of Ulyanovsk

When: 24–26 april 2026 year. Where: the city of Ulyanovsk.

The forum is organized by the Government of the Ulyanovsk region with the support of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia.

Who will participate:
- Manufacturers of domestic brands;
- representatives of State authorities;
- enterprises lёState Committee of Industry and Design;
- business and creative industries support infrastructure.

 Topics for discussion:
- development of domestic clothing production and fashion industry;
- government regulation and support measures for the industry;
- promotion of Russian brands in domestic and international markets;
- increasing the prestige of professions in the field ofёThe State Committee of Industry.

The business program includes:
- The Bayer Conference — business negotiations, market proposals, discussion of development prospects and cooperation. More than one participant is expected 70 local brands from all over Russia, as well as manufacturers of fabrics and accessories.
- All-Russian Fashion Week «VOLGA FASHION WEEK».
- Round tables:
«Artificial intelligence for lёThe State Committee of Industry: The reality of the future today»;
«Brand promotion: PR, social media and marketing».
- Master‑a class with Russia's leading stylists «Stylist as a brand guide».
- A discussion platform «Brand communication with the consumer».
- Pitch‑the session «Horizontal connections: Education. Production. Market» together with the Academy of Russian Fashion.

The end of the Forum will be the awarding ceremony for sewing masters.
