Representatives of the Omsk confectionery factory are learning the basics of a lean office
The shortage of personnel, the need to accelerate the provision of services and reduce production costs encourage enterprises in the Omsk region to introduce lean technologies into their office processes. Experts from the Regional Competence Center of the Omsk Region (hereinafter RCC) conduct training sessions for participants of the national project "Labor Productivity" at the Office Process Factory, where they teach business teams "lean thinking" and skills in practice.
Today, at the site of the Omsk Region Development and Investment Agency, certified RCC trainers conducted training for the team of the Sladunitsa enterprise. The company is already at an independent stage of implementation of the national project "Labor Productivity". The RCC experts assisted in the creation of a pilot flow for the molding of "Samurai's Wife" and "Nyashechka" candies, and now they continue to advise and train at the Factory.
Let us remind you that the Office Process Factory is a training platform where participants gain practical experience in applying lean manufacturing techniques in the office, as well as understand how improvements affect the operational and economic performance of the company.
As part of the training, the participants lived three gaming months in one day. In each case, it is necessary to prepare a certain number of contracts for the supply of materials and achieve such indicators as: reducing the time of the process, reducing the number of employee movements and documents, achieving minimum cost and maximum profit of the enterprise.
Employees of the Sladunitsa enterprise noted that the game situation of the training was modeled competently and close to the realities of business. It was interesting to observe how the mood and satisfaction of the team changed at each stage of the implementation of improvements. After such training, not only the level of competence of employees increases, but also the involvement of the team in the company's activities and upcoming improvements.
