Acceptance of applications for the selection of residents of the Omsk Regional Information Technology Park will be completed 17 april 2018 years

29 martha 2018 Last year, the Omsk Regional Fund for the Support and Development of Small Business announced the start of the selection of small and medium-sized businesses in the Omsk region for placement as residents of the Omsk Regional Information Technology Park.

The selection consists of two stages conducted by the selection committee on the same day.:

preliminary selection of applicants' applications in accordance with the requirements and conditions of the Selection Regulations;

face-to-face presentation of participants in the form of a presentation and evaluation of participants' applications (determination of winners).

Recall that only small and medium-sized businesses registered in the Omsk region, operating in the field of information technology in the Omsk region, as well as those who do not have arrears in tax and other mandatory payments to the budget system of the Russian Federation and are not in a state of liquidation, reorganization or insolvency (bankruptcy) can participate in the selection.

The winner of the competitive selection gets the right to conclude a lease agreement for premises in the regional IT park (Omsk, Komarova Ave. 21 Corp. 1) for a period up to 36 months and/or an Agreement on cooperation with the Fund, under which a number of services will be provided to residents of the IT Park. Exactly:

temporary provision of common areas in the IT Park (conference rooms for various business events, meeting rooms, classrooms, coworking areas and a meal room).

provision of a place on the territory of the IT park for posting information and reference materials about the resident, his activities, and events held by the resident.

provision of information and consulting services  on matters of a legal nature, provided in accordance with the regulations of the Legal Support Center.         

The monthly rent is: 380 rubles for 1 sq.m. including VAT.
