A working meeting was held today under the leadership of Andrey Shpilenko, Deputy Chairman of the Omsk Region Government, with specialists from the regional Development and Investment Agency.
During the meeting, important aspects affecting the improvement of the investment climate in the Omsk region were discussed.
For example, the Agency's Director General, Evgeny Kovtun, said in his report that there are currently 59 active investment projects in the Omsk Region. The total investment amount is 268 billion rubles. Another 28 investment projects are planned to be supported by the Agency.
It should be noted that these ongoing projects are included in the Register of Supported Investment Projects, which can be viewed on the Investment Portal. The inclusion of investment projects in the Register and their acceptance for support allows project initiators to promptly receive the necessary assistance in their implementation on a one-stop-shop basis.
The meeting resulted in a number of instructions from the deputy chairman of the regional Government, Andrei Shpilenko, to hold monthly working meetings with the initiators of investment projects to review the implementation of roadmaps, as well as discuss and promptly resolve the barriers faced by investors.
