The draft law on property tax in the Omsk region is recommended for consideration by the Legislative Assembly
1 In March, the Financial and Budgetary Policy Committee recommended that the regional Legislative Assembly adopt a draft law on property taxes.
Recall that Alexander Burkov, the head of the region, initiated the development of a draft law on property tax in order to create favorable conditions for investment and entrepreneurial activity. The draft law has been prepared by the regional Ministry of Economy and involves the provision of tax benefits and reduced property tax rates. In particular, for three-year tax holidays for movable property registered as fixed assets after 1 January 2013 organizations that have provided an increase in income tax and (or) personal income tax can calculate this year. For three years, the zero tax rate is provided by the draft law for enterprises that introduce energy-efficient facilities.
Reduced tax rate in the amount of 0,01% It is proposed by the draft law for the property of pig farms with a zoosanitary status at the level established, acquired or modernized no earlier than this year. 4-th compartment and design capacity 100 thousands of heads per year. According to the draft law, producers of beer and beer drinks are exempt from paying taxes this year, while ensuring the amount of increase in excise tax compared to last year.
It should be noted that in his Address to the Federal Assembly, Russian President Vladimir Putin outlined the need to create new stable and fixed tax conditions for the coming years that will stimulate economic growth.
By the way, the tax preferences proposed by the draft law provide for a number of conditions under which enterprises can enjoy these benefits or reduced rates. Among them – the increase in excise tax, personal income tax and income tax, ensuring the zoosanitary status. The draft law encourages the creation of new pig farms, the renovation of the property complex, as well as the modernization of existing and the use of modern energy-efficient equipment.
