From October 6 to October 27, 2026, an event is being held across the country for those who want to manage their money competently. The Central Bank of the Russian Federation is conducting the All-Russian Online Financial Literacy Test for the ninth time.
This is a practical simulator in which tasks are based on real-life situations: from family budget planning to protection from fraudsters.
What awaits you:
Individual assessment: It will take no more than 20 minutes. You will receive a personal report with recommendations that will help fill in the gaps in your knowledge.
Family test: Check who in the house is better versed in finances, with the whole family (about 1 hour).
For children: Interactive game tasks for elementary school students.
