Investor's Guide: The Azov German National District of the Omsk region

The Azov German National District of the Omsk region, a unique territory with a rich history and a special cultural flavor, invites investors to cooperate by offering favorable conditions and promising projects aimed at developing tourism, agriculture and food production.

It should be noted that this is the youngest of the 32 districts of the Omsk Irtysh region. The cultural code of the Russian Germans is carefully preserved and multiplied here. Today, the municipality has become a point of attraction not only for ethnotourists, but also for progressive entrepreneurs.

The district has prepared three ready–made solutions for potential investors to start a business - the creation of a home-made mini-cheese factory, the construction of a full-cycle greenhouse complex, as well as a recreation center "German Courtyard".

Project No. 1: A cheese story with a German accent

The investor is offered to create a mini cheese factory for the production of semi-hard, soft and exclusive German cheeses. The project is aimed at meeting the growing demand for high-quality farm cheese and entering the premium segment. The creation of a profitable production of farm and traditional German cheeses assumes an annual profit of more than 2 million rubles and self-sufficiency in 1.5-2 years.

The investment proposal outlines a market analysis, the stages of cheese production technology, a marketing plan, sales markets, government support measures, as well as possible locations.

Thanks to the implementation of the investment project, residents of Omsk, residents of other regions and foreign countries may have the opportunity to make German cheeses: Bakstein, smoked Gouda and Khartz cheese.

Project No. 2: a full-cycle greenhouse complex to solve the problem of import substitution of vegetables and berries

A business can implement a project on a site in the village of Mirnaya Dolina in the Azov German National District, growing tomatoes, strawberries and a niche product – microgreens. The project is aimed at improving the efficiency of agriculture in the region and ensuring food security.

Upon implementation, the investor can receive subsidies to reimburse part of the costs of providing infrastructure for the production facilities of the Omsk region agro-industrial complex or investment loans in the amount of 5 to 20 million rubles.

Project No. 3: ethno-hotel "German Courtyard"

The district offers the creation of a year-round premium themed recreation center that recreates the atmosphere, architecture, cuisine and traditions of the German province. The project is aimed at a wide range of consumers, from families with children and corporate clients to descendants of Russian Germans looking for their roots and connoisseurs of unique aesthetic recreation.

The investor is offered land plots of 0.25 hectares and 1.04 hectares. Both options are provided with the necessary communications.
