A working visit to the company to a participant in the new industrial cluster of the children's goods industry in the Omsk region
Together with Andrey Shpilenko, Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Omsk region, a participant in the Industrial Cluster of the children's goods industry, IE Portola E.S. (Luxury Furniture trademark), visited the production site. Olga Filatova, First Deputy General Director of the Regional Agency for Development and Investment, took part in the working visit.
The company combines all stages of furniture production, from design and engineering to finishing and installation.The factory has been operating since 2017 and during this time has implemented more than 1,000 custom furniture projects.
During the visit, the strategic directions of the company's development and measures of state support were discussed. The agenda includes the following topics::
-Analysis of the raw materials, materials and components used, including the volume of foreign equipment and plans for import substitution;
-Government support measures that the company has already used, and the need for new financing tools;
-Investment projects for the modernization of production, the need for new technologies and replacement of equipment;
-Identification of promising sales markets in other regions of the Russian Federation and abroad;
-Search for opportunities for financial partnership.
Working visits allow the Agency to assess the real state of production first-hand, identify systemic business barriers and promptly update the database of investment projects. In addition, direct dialogue with the management of enterprises helps to set up state support measures, find new points for industrial cooperation within the cluster and strengthen the confidence of entrepreneurs in regional development institutions.
