Acceptance of applications for the Open Industry 4.0 educational program has started
The Agency for Strategic Initiatives of the Urban Economy division has announced the acceptance of applications from regional teams to the educational program for the development of industrial tourism. This year, 300 people will take part in the accelerator.
Recall that at the end of 2023, the Omsk region participated for the first time in the All-Russian educational program "Open Industry". Following the results of the training in Omsk, the accelerator finals took place, the projects of regional teams were defended, the presentation and launch of the first tourist and industrial route of the Omsk region "Industry of Siberia - the greatness of Russia". Also, 30 people from the regional team mastered a new profession - "Specialist in the development of industrial tourism", having received a certificate of additional education of the state standard.
The organizers invite regional executive authorities, municipalities, representatives of industrial enterprises and the agro-industrial complex, the tourism industry, representatives of universities and colleges to participate in the All-Russian program aimed at promoting human and technological potential.
"Comprehensive work on the development of industrial tourism contributes to the sustainable positioning of the industrial potential of the Russian Federation and its subjects in domestic and foreign markets. It helps to improve the investment attractiveness of the region, increase the prestige of working professions, reduce the shortage of personnel in industry and the outflow of young people. The 12 enterprises of the Omsk region that have joined the accelerator are now actively opening their passageways to tourists and, most importantly, schoolchildren and students. I am sure that many people will think about working in the industrial sector after the tour," said Andrey Shpilenko, Deputy Chairman of the Omsk Region Government and head of the regional Industrial tourism development team.
