Omsk Region Regional Investment Team enhances management competencies in Moscow

The training takes place from March 16 to March 18 in Moscow and unites teams from all regions of Russia. The program was developed by experts from the Higher School of Public Administration of the Presidential Academy (RANEPA) in cooperation with the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation and is aimed at improving the level of managerial and subject competencies of participants in regional investment teams. The participants are representatives of executive authorities, municipalities, development institutions, resource supply organizations and the business community.

As part of the first module, participants will get acquainted with the National Model of Targeted Business Conditions, study aspects of process management, methods of preparing investment plans, and discuss issues of the regional investment standard. In addition, experts will pay special attention to the ecosystem of support and support for domestic and foreign investors in the implementation of major investment projects in Russia, as well as the optimization of procedures for technological infrastructure connections. An important stage of the program will be working in cross-functional teams, presenting and defending the group project work of regional teams.
