Regional authorities offer businesses free space at auctions for the privatization of state property
The Omsk Region Property Accounting and Maintenance Center has put up another 7.9 thousand square meters of vacant space in Omsk and municipal districts for open auctions for the privatization of state property.
All the facilities put up for privatization have been released by regional organizations as unused. These are buildings and premises for various purposes, including office purposes, for reconstruction and for agricultural activities.
Previously, real estate has been repeatedly put up for auction, but has not found a buyer.
Applications for 11 lots are accepted until March 13: in Omsk - non-residential premises at 7B Putilova St. (65.6 sq. m.) and a building in the village. New Village at 44 Pomortseva St. (116.1 sq. m.), office premises at 8 Volgogradskaya St. (10.3 sq. m., 31.8 sq. m. 17.8 sq. m.), in Cherlakskoye village of Novovarshavsky district – non–residential premises at 10A Brusilovskaya Street (50.7 sq. m.), in Ingalinsky rural district of Bolsherechensky district - a building of a sports and hunting base (54.4 sq. m.), in Tyukalinsk – an uninhabited building at 56 Lenin Street (342.5 sq. m. m), in the Sargatskoye settlement – two non-residential buildings for the placement of agricultural machinery in a single lot at 1A Khudenko St. (434.4 sq. m. m and 430.7 sq. m.) and a separate lot of a one–story building on the same street (30 sq. m.), in the village of Sherbakul - a building on the street Detour, 1 (168.1 sq. m.).
Applications for 10 lots are accepted until March 15: in Ust-Zaostrovka, Omsk district, an uninhabited building at 5e Uchebnaya Street (22.4 sq. m.), in Pavlogradka village, a garage building at 14a Kolkhoznaya Street (48.7 sq. m.), in Bolshye Uki village, an administrative building at Severnaya, 13A (173.3 sq. m.), in the village. Yekaterininskoye Tarsky district – office building on the street. 86/1 Sovetskaya street (675 sq. m.), in the city of Tara – 5 property lots on the 8th Line, 93, including a complex of buildings (1745.2 sq. m. m and 22.6 sq. m), non-residential building (1386.7 sq. m), building (467.8 sq. m), building for agricultural machinery (450 sq. m), building for agricultural machinery (434.2 sq. m), in the village Bely Yar of the Tevriz district is a complex of facilities at 1 Lesnaya Street (93.8 sq. m, 338 sq. m. m and 334.6 sq. m).
In accordance with the Federal Law "On the Privatization of State and Municipal Property", privatization is carried out simultaneously with the alienation of land plots occupied by objects.
