Regional authorities offer businesses free space at auctions for the privatization of state property

The Omsk Region Property Accounting and Maintenance Center has put up for public auctions on the privatization of state property 7,9 thousand square meters of vacant space in Omsk and municipal districts.

All the facilities put up for privatization have been released by regional organizations as unused. These are buildings and premises for various purposes, including office purposes, for reconstruction and for agricultural activities.

Previously, real estate has been repeatedly put up for auction, but has not found a buyer.

Before 13 March applications are accepted for 11 lots: in Omsk - non-residential premises on Putilova St., 7In (65,6 square meters) and a building in the village. A new village on Pomortseva St., 44 (116,1 square meters), office premises at Volgogradskaya St., 8 (10,3 sq. m, 31,8 sq. m and 17,8 square meters), in the village of Cherlakskoye, Novovarshavsky district – non-residential premises on Brusilovskaya St., 10But (50,7 square meters), in Ingalinsky rural district of Bolsherechensky district – the building of the sports and hunting base (54,4 square meters), in Tyukalinsk – non-residential building on Lenin St., 56 (342,5 square meters), in the Sargatskoye settlement – as a single lot, there are two non-residential buildings for the placement of agricultural machinery on Khudenko St., 1But (434,4 sq. m and 430,7 square meters) and a separate lot of a one-story building on the same street (30 square meters), in the village of Sherbakul – building on Detour street, D. 1 (168,1 square meters).

Before 15 March applications are accepted for 10 lots: in Ust-Zaostrovka, Omsk region - non-residential building on Uchebnaya St., 5e (22,4 square meters), in the village of Pavlogradka – the garage building on Kolkhoznaya St., d 14but (48,7 square meters), in the village of Bolshye Uki – administrative building on the street Severnaya street 13But (173,3 square meters), V s. Yekaterininskoye Tarsky district – office building on the street Sovetskaya street 86/1 (675 square meters), in the city of Tara – 5 property lots on the street8- I am Liniya, D. 93, including the building complex (1745,2 sq. m and 22,6 square meters), non-residential building (1386,7 square meters), building (467,8 square meters), building for agricultural machinery (450 square meters), the building of the software buildingl agricultural machinery (434,2 square meters), in the village Bely Yar of the Tevriz district – the complex of facilities on Lesnaya St., 1 (93,8 sq. m, 338 sq. m and 334,6 square meters).

In accordance with Federal Law «On the privatization of State and municipal property» Privatization is carried out simultaneously with the alienation of the land plots occupied by the objects.
