The educational course will be held in a full-time format. Using interactive teaching methods, a qualified coach will provide students with basic knowledge of business communication with a foreign partner. Participants of the course will learn about the stages of preparation for negotiations, effective presentation, conducting written and oral negotiations, participation in trade fair events and business missions, cross-cultural features of interaction with foreign partners, as well as about the stages of negotiations and methods of argumentation and manipulation tactics.
In addition, the course participants will learn about the basics of business etiquette and communication in general, how to properly conduct business correspondence, and what are the features of communication with business representatives from different countries.
The Omsk Region Export Support Center invites representatives of small and medium-sized businesses interested in developing the company and launching export activities to participate free of charge.
To complete the training, you must 10 august 2017 g. (inclusive):
Register on the website www.exportedu.ru - create a personal account (if you don't have one yet).
Choose a course «Business communication in export activities» in the section «Full-time study calendar» (Omsk region) and register for the course (BE sure to attach copies of a diploma of higher or secondary vocational education and a letter of referral from your place of work to study, download a sample).

Take the entrance test from 15 questions (test result does not affect for the opportunity to complete training).
After completing full-time training, take the final test and receive a certificate of education.
