Russian regions to present export potential in Omsk region
The conference on Foreign Economic Activity this year will be held in Omsk at the Regional Expocenter. The Conference is organized by the regional Agency for Development and Investment in cooperation with the Ministry of Economy of the region with the support of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia. Previously, it was held in Kaluga, Vologda and Ulyanovsk.
The annual large-scale event, which brings together representatives of government authorities, infrastructure organizations in Russia's regions, the business community, and foreign businesses, will take place from 8 by 9 December of this year.
The conference traditionally includes a business program and an exhibition exhibit. According to the organizers, the exposition of the exhibition «Export potential of Russian regions» both collective stands of the regions and individual stands of the companies are planned. The Agency notes that they expect about 500 nonresident and foreign participants.

Omsk was chosen for a number of reasons - We have experience holding such large events, we have the necessary infrastructure and a good venue. By the way, there are no questions about the regions in the direction implemented by these Centers.
Both the region and the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia are doing everything necessary to maximize and diversify the business program of the Conference.
