Siberian regions will prepare proposals to improve the investment climate
ASI, together with the regions of the Siberian Federal District, is preparing a regional strategic session. It will be held in the middle of autumn in Novosibirsk. The participants will identify measures to achieve regional indicators of the National Model of Target Business Conditions for 2027 and 2030.
In 2026, four regions of the Siberian Federal District improved their results in the National Rating of the Investment Climate. The Omsk Region entered the top 10, and the Altai Territory rose to the top 20 for the first time. The Krasnoyarsk Territory and the Republic of Khakassia also showed positive dynamics.
"The Agency, together with the permanent Mission of the Siberian Federal District, is systematically working to improve the investment climate in the regions of Siberia, as well as to implement the regional component of the National Model of Targeted Business Conditions. The results of the 2026 National Rating confirmed the effectiveness of our efforts," said Igor Karachin, First Deputy Director General of ASI.
When preparing new solutions, the subjects will be able to use the ASI tools, the Smarteca platform and the experience of the leading regions.
