Omsk region will receive additional funds to support the social sphere

The decision was made following a working meeting between Russian President Vladimir Putin and Alexander Burkov.

Acting Governor of the Omsk region Alexander Burkov is on a working visit to Krasnodar, where he took part in the All-Russian Forum of Agricultural Producers. There was also a meeting of the first person of the state with the head of the Omsk region. According to the press service of the Governor of the Omsk region, the meeting was devoted to the consideration of current issues of the development of the social sphere of the region.

"We discussed with the President issues primarily related to healthcare and education. And we have received support. In particular, we have allocated an additional 369 million rubles from the reserve fund for the construction of two kindergartens and the renovation of 17 schools. Assistance will also be provided to purchase an angiography unit worth 100 million rubles, which allows performing a full range of vascular procedures, and to complete the construction of a polyclinic for 1,000 visits per shift on the Left Bank," said Alexander Burkov.
