In accordance with the new subsidy procedure, in 2017, it is planned to provide compensation for part of the interest rate on loans directly to authorized credit organizations, which will allow banks to issue loans to farmers at a rate of no more than 5% per annum and significantly simplify the process of obtaining state support for farmers.
Rosselkhoznadzor became the first of the participating banks in the program to conclude a corresponding agreement with the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia. In the near future, the Bank will be ready to issue the first funds under the new procedure.
"Rosselkhoznadzor has consistently supported the development and launch of this mechanism, repeatedly noting the need to change the previously existing procedure. We believe that the new procedure, in the form in which it is implemented, will significantly increase the effectiveness of state support, and, most importantly, save agricultural producers from lengthy subsidy procedures. For its part, the Bank, as a key creditor of the agro–industrial complex, completes all necessary procedures to ensure uninterrupted and maximally expeditious financing of farmers, taking into account their current needs," said Dmitry Patrushev, Chairman of the Management Board of JSC Rosselkhoznadzor.
