We discussed the creation of technoparks and business parks with the involvement of federal co‑financing of up to 500 million rubles for the project and their placement options.
The meeting was led by Andrey Shpilenko, Deputy Chairman of the Omsk Region Government. The meeting was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the region, the Agency for Development and Investment, the Avangard SEZ and business.
Mikhail Labudin, Director of the Association of Clusters, Technoparks and SEZs of Russia, Chairman of the Council for Industrial Development and Economic Competitiveness at the CCI of the Russian Federation, spoke at the meeting. He told the participants about the advantages of creating industrial and technology parks.

In addition, during the meeting, Viktor Sobolev, General Director of the Avangard SEZ, spoke about the options for placing technoparks and business parks on the territory with preferential treatment.
Svetlana Bazhenova, General Director of the Omsk Region Development and Investment Agency, noted that the Agency is ready to support residents' projects on a one—stop-shop basis, from submitting an application to launching production.
