With the help of state support for the national project, the Omsk producer of funchosa is expanding production

Today, the company summed up the results of six months of the national project implementation. The Minister of Economy of the Omsk Region, Anna Negoduiko, visited the territory of the enterprise.

"The companies that participate in the national project are showing great success. Improving the performance of enterprises means improving life in the region. Therefore, when companies show an increase in economic and financial indicators, increase the number of employees, salaries, and develop, we are happy about this, this is the result for which support is designed," said the Minister of Economy.Anna Negoduiko.

VITO has been producing egg noodles since 2018, and a workshop for the production of "glass" noodles, funchosa, has been launched since 2020. The products are supplied to all regions of Russia. For six months, the Omsk enterprise, with the support of RCC experts, implemented improvements to increase the efficiency of the production line for the manufacture of pulp. In 6 months, it was possible to increase production volumes, and the company's management decided not to dwell on the results achieved, work is already underway on the reconstruction of the production workshop.

"The technologies we use are unique. Now we are recruiting young people for the position of operators for the production of pulp. Thanks to the national project and lean manufacturing tools, we have managed to increase our production capacity to 150 tons per month. When we entered the national project, the average productivity was 100 – 120 tons of pulp per month. Thanks to the close work with RCC, we reached 150 tons, and our sales did not stop there, along with quality control and the development of new approaches in technology. We are currently engaged in the reconstruction of production, which will allow us to further increase production capacity," said Alexey Timofeev, Executive Director of VITO.

With the help of experts, the company reduced the volume of work-in-progress by 20%, increased production per shift by 12%, organized the workspace, and eliminated unnecessary movements in the production process.

"Now, the premises are being reconstructed at the reference site, inventory volumes have been reduced, unnecessary employee movements have been eliminated, work operations have been standardized, and the drying cycle of the pulp has been optimized and balanced. Thanks to the national project, the well-coordinated work of the RCC and the company's employees, as well as the "keen interest" of the management, the company increases profits, increases the volume of products and, consequently, the volume of tax revenues to the regional budget," shared the results of the RCC project manager Viktor Bobrov.

In the future, the working group, together with certified internal instructors of the enterprise, will continue to replicate the experience gained to other production flows and processes, which will further increase labor productivity. The company continues to operate a project office, whose tasks are to replicate approaches to labor organization.

It should be recalled that the RCC operates on the basis of the Omsk Region Development and Investment Agency. Together with the Ministry of Economy of the Omsk Region, the RCC is the operator of the national Labor Productivity project in the region. The RCC provides qualified expert assistance in improving the efficiency of production and office processes at participating enterprises of the national project, as well as provides training to employees of enterprises in methods of increasing labor productivity.
