The REC Export School in the Omsk region is gaining momentum
Anna Kolokolova, the coach of the Educational Program at the REC Export School in the Omsk Region, was trained in Moscow in new courses on legal support and financial resource management in export activities.
An educational session for representatives of the regional operators of the REC Export School Educational Program, who joined its implementation in 2017, has ended in Moscow.
During the session, future trainers were trained in the courses "Legal support of export activities" and "Financial resource management for exporters". The mechanisms of effective management of the educational process provided by the course authors and methodologists and knowledge about the specifics of legal aspects and financial processes of entering foreign markets will soon be broadcast in the format of face-to-face training in new regions to representatives of small and medium-sized businesses interested in exporting.
"High requirements for the training and certification of trainers of the REC Educational Program, and as a result, their high qualifications ensure a high-quality level of teaching and presentation of the received material. - commented Alisa Nikitina, General Director of the Export School of the Russian Export Center. - As part of our sessions, we not only provide coaches with professional knowledge, but also form coaching competencies in them."
A total of 34 coach certificates were issued following the results of the educational session. In the coming month, representatives of export-oriented businesses in the new participating regions of the program will be able to take full-time training in the courses "Financial Resource Management for exporters" and "Legal support for export activities." The knowledge gained by entrepreneurs under the guidance of certified trainers will allow them to choose the most effective strategy for interacting with foreign partners and learn how to understand financial instruments on their own.
Since 2017, the operator of the REC Export School in the Omsk Region has been operating – the Omsk Region Export Support Center, operating on the basis of JSC Omsk Region Development and Investment Agency, where 37 entrepreneurs of the city have already been trained in the Educational Program of the REC Export School.
