The list of goods that need to be reflected in the Mercury system has been reduced

The Ministry of Economy of the Omsk region informs that the list of controlled goods to be accompanied by veterinary accompanying documents using the Mercury system has been updated.

The order of the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia dated June 27, 2018 No. 251 approved a newThe list of controlled goods to be accompanied by veterinary accompanying documents.

Now it is not necessary to issue veterinary accompanying documents using the Mercury system for the following products:

- pasteurized milk and products that are manufactured from such milk industrially and packaged in consumer containers;

- finished meat products from HS code 1602, except for subheadings 1602 31 110 0, 1602 32 110 0, 1602 39 210 0, 1602 50 100 0 and 1602 90 610 0;

- ready-made shellfish and crustaceans;

- ice cream;

- a number of products containing less than 50% of animal products, milk or fish from groups 19, 20 and 21 of the previous edition of the List.

The Ministry of Economy of the Omsk Region draws the attention of business entities to the fact that from July 1, 2018, the registration of veterinary accompanying documents for goods included in the List should be carried out only in electronic form using the Mercury system.
